Brace yourselves; Harald Glööckler is about to enter the building. And, boy, he's a force to be reckoned with. Billed as 'the love child of Liberace and Karl Lagerfield' (who also bears an uncanny resemblance to David Guest, we reckon), Karl and his House of Pompoos is BIG news in Germany. If it's fashion, he's all over it, from perfume to home design to, of course, clothes. This one-off show follows the real life Bruno as he tries to make a splash in the notoriously catty London couture scene. Somehow, we don't envisage the man who demands a chair for his bag will have much trouble. He's pompous, he's pretentious and we have already fallen a little bit in love with him. Fingers crossed a full series follows.
